Address Accuracy and Correction
Our Canada Post SERP Certified processing measures the accuracy of addresses and tells you exactly what's wrong with the incorrect addresses, and will make corrections to certain types of address errors. In order to qualify for 3rd class postal discounts, the client's file must attain a 95% accuracy level, which this processing helps to achieve. Our software classifies each record according to relative accuracy, and can be used for mail/no mail decisions. Our monthly updated tables from CPC contain the complete and exact address information for every location that Canada Post delivers to with all regular updates.

Postal Delivery Preparation
I C Solutions’ suite of presort services maximizes postage savings and minimizes delivery delays. To get further postal discounts, some delivery standards (LCP and NDG) and services are provided at I C Solutions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your mailing across the country.

LCP (Letter Carrier Presort) processing addresses into postal walk sequence and provide bag and bundle tag markers onto the data as well as printed reports.

NPS, previously NDG (National Presortation Schematics) processing addresses into national distribution center groupings.

In addition there are other incentive programs that are available within our sortation software to provide the client with the most efficient available solution for the direct marketing campaign.
