Characters with French Accents
When you're mailing into Canada and more specifically in the Province of Quebec, and due to working with multiple character sets (ASCII, ANSI, EBCDIC, etc) certain French accents get converted into unrecognized characters. With our proprietary in house developed applications we ensure the proper conversion of those accents and that the proper character set is used.
